OUR STORY

After 10 years of consulting with families, training staff, and working closely with facilities through a company primarily focused on bottom lines, our Founder & CEO of Superior Medicaid Services had grown incredibly unhappy with how poorly families were treated and egregiously charged.  Companies claiming to “hand hold“ families through the application process or advertising that hiring their company would increase a family’s "peace of mind", were more focused on profits instead of truly lightening the load of a family who had zero experience with the application process.  Further to the point, many of these companies’ fees were based on the amount of resources the individual had managed to save over their lifetime versus the actual amount of work required to complete the application process; sometimes even costing a family $20,000!  

So after parting ways with the organization, in 2023, our Founder and CEO birthed Superior Medicaid Services, a fairly priced, customer-focused, and results oriented Medicaid application processing firm!  

SUPERIOR MEDICAID SERVICES values each of its clients and strives to treat YOU the way WE would want to be treated!  The Medicaid application process is time consuming and often overwhelming.  Even so, Superior's staff will work hard to timely accomplish approvals and is committed to getting successful results regardless of the application obstacles created by Department of Children and Families.
