When we came to the conclusion that we needed to apply for Medicaid in behalf of a dear friend of ours who had no one to care for her, we naturally researched it online.  It was clear early on that we needed assistance to understand the program and navigate the application and approval process.  We were given two service agents to consider.  After meeting with Jennifer Wade, who is the CEO of Superior Medicaid Services, it was clear she could and would help us.  In this day and age, individuals (especially older individuals) can’t deal with corporations.  It is much too complex.  You have to find someone, an individual you are comfortable with that is willing to guide you, answer your questions and be on call throughout the process.  Jennifer was that person for us.

We arrived at her office shortly after 5:00 on the day we met with her.  We never felt rushed and she made us feel our situation was all that mattered that afternoon.  She asked questions, to understand our situation.  She explained what she needed from us and was patient as we gathered things together.  We made lots of calls to her to clarify things as we pulled things together, and the patience she exercised with us was well beyond our expectations.  She was instrumental in every step, including the sale of our friend’s home.  She didn’t miss a single detail!

Jennifer helped us find legal counsel (that we didn’t realize we needed) and he was equally helpful.  He and Jennifer worked together to make sure we didn’t fall or stumble in the entire process.  We completed the process on the short side of the time frame she estimated, and we were done.

The truth is, we could not have gotten done what needed to be done, had it not been for Jennifer and Superior Medicaid Services.  She and her team are very customer oriented and consumer friendly.  We never felt her intentions were financially driven, nor did we ever feel she had anything but our best interest in mind.  She and her team are consumer driven.  They recognize people have choices in who provides these types of services and she works tirelessly to make sure we get the best there is.

Hands down, the best decision we could’ve made in settling this issue!  Call her and see for yourself.
